Ingredients: Turmeric root (Curcuma longa), Green tea leaf (Camellia sinensis), Chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita), St. John's Wort flower tops (Hypericum perforatum), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), and Ginger root (Zingiber officinale), Pure grain alcohol, Distilled water.

Ingredients: Thuja leafy tops (Thuja occidentalis), Spilanthes flowering herb (Spilanthes oleracea), Usnea tree lichen (Usnea barbata), Pau d'Arco inner bark (Tabebuia impetiginosa), Echinacea root (Echinacea angustifolia), and Calendula flower (Calendula officinalis), Pure grain alcohol, Distilled water.

Suggested Use

Restorative Tonic - Take 30 to 60 drops (one to two droppersful) in water 3 to 4 times daily.

Preventative maintenance - Take 30 drops in water 2 to 3 times daily.

The three extracts included can be mixed in the same glass of water. They can be taken anytime during the day, with or without food.
